Before starting, keep these documents ready:

  • Aadhaar Card (or any valid address proof)
  • PAN Card (mandatory)
  • Passport-size Photographs (2–3 copies)

📝 Step-by-Step Process to Fill SBI Account Opening Form

1. Basic Personal Details

  • Full Name:  Write your complete name (as per Aadhaar/PAN).
  • Father’s/Husband’s Name:  Mention your father’s or husband’s name correctly.
  • Date of Birth:  Enter in DD/MM/YYYY format.
  • Gender:  Tick Male / Female / Other.

2. Residential and Permanent Address

  • Current Address:  Write your full current address with PIN code.
  • Permanent Address:  If same as current, just write "Same as above".

Tip: Make sure address matches your documents.

3. Contact Information

  • Mobile Number:  Provide a valid mobile number (for OTP, SMS alerts).
  • Email ID:  Enter a working email ID.

Important: Mobile number should be linked with Aadhaar.
